Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns of products within 14 days of delivery. All returned parts must be in brand new original condition. Enclosures must still be shrink wrapped. Items returned that are not in brand new condition will be refused. Electronic components, kits and sale or clearance items are non-refundable. Returns require pre-authorization and a return tracking number, or your order may not be refunded.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt of returned items. Refunds will be issued only with a pre-approved return, and a 10% restocking fee may be assessed. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of receiving damaged goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. A return tracking number is required, and returns must include a copy of your order's receipt to qualify for a refund.
