Shipping policy

All orders are shipped the same or next business day. Order delivery dates are not guaranteed and we are not responsible for shipping delays by the shipping carrier, customs/duty fees or the cost of shipments returned due to reasons outside of our control, including but not limited to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer, natural disasters or global or regional pandemics or endemics. Shipments returned to us by the carrier for any reason outside of our control will be re-shipped after validating a correct shipping address and receiving additional payment for shipping costs if necessary. Shipping costs for incorrect addresses are not refundable. Items will be refunded for packages returned to us by the shipping carrier.

Insurance: All orders are insured for $100. Inquire about additional insurance. It is the buyer's responsibility to file an insurance claim with the shipping carrier for damage or loss, and retain all original packaging if necessary. We are no longer unable to file claims on the buyer's behalf.

Ground Advantage: This is the slowest shipping option, but usually arrives in about 3 business days. In some cases it make take more than two weeks. Includes $100 insurance, but has no guaranteed delivery date, and we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. For international shipments, First Class Mail may take 2-4 weeks.

Priority Mail: Priority Mail usually arrives in 1-3 business days within the United States and 6-10 business days for international shipments. Includes $100 insurance. The delivery date is not guaranteed.

Please see the map below for transit times for UPS Ground shipments. UPS Ground shipments do not include insurance. All UPS shipments ship out daily, Monday-Friday.
